Crumbwell Bakery is six years old, and it's run by Dana. People like knowing who bakes their bread — at Crumbwell, that answer has a name.

It's why the list is short and the weekend runs on pre-orders: a small bakery would rather bake what people actually asked for.

It started as a neighborhood bakery and it still is one.
